Create a Zapier account

Go to zapier.com and create your free account. A Free plan is all you need to get started. Registration takes less than two minutes and requires no credit card.

Choose your trigger app

Select the tool that will initiate the send: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), form (Typeform, Google Forms, etc.), or any other service from thousands of options. You can also combine multiple triggers for more advanced scenarios, such as sending an SMS only when two conditions are met (e.g., a cart value over €50 AND abandoned for more than an hour).

Configure the Octopush action

Add Octopush as an action, connect your account using your API key, and draft your SMS with the desired dynamic variables (first name, order number, amount, etc.). You can retrieve your API key directly from your Octopush client dashboard in the integrations section. No coding skills are needed to copy and paste it into Zapier.
